Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, the purchaser may only cancel the order for a full refund if the parcel has not been delivered to the mail courier.
If the package is already in the mail courier's possession, the purchaser must return to The Purity Tree LLC unopened in its original packaging to obtain a full refund.
Purchaser can return package at no cost by simply writing "RETURN TO SENDER" on shipping label of unopened parcel and placing in mailbox with the flag up
Return Policy
If purchaser is unsatisfied with purchase, they must contact The Purity Tree LLC within 14 days (unless otherwise specified in product description, some products may have a longer trial window) of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
If eligible, purchaser may be entitled to a refund minus the cost of shipping.
