When are Orders Shipped?
All orders ship within 2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.
How much is Shipping?
All domestic orders over $35 ship free of charge.
Domestic orders below $35 ship for $4.99USD
What happens if my Order is Lost or Damaged?
All shipments are insured for loss and damages caused by the courier service.
If an item arrives damaged, purchaser is entitled to a free replacement or be refunded the cost of the item and applicable shipping cost.
If a shipment is not delivered within 10 business days of being in the possession of the courier service, purchaser is entitled to a full refund or free replacement order
What if I put the Wrong Address?
Shipments will be addressed exactly as they are submitted.
Amending a shipping address is possible if a shipping label has not yet been created. Once a package has been handed over to the courier service, orders cannot be canceled or amended.
If a package is unable to be delivered due to an error by the purchaser, The Purity Tree LLC is not liable for full refund or replacement.
If a package is returned to The Purity Tree LLC due to non-delivery, purchaser is entitled to a refund for the items but not shipping, as delivery was attempted.
If the courier service marks a package as delivered, a refund or replacement cannot be issued but purchaser can contact the courier service for further instruction on possible package recovery.
